THE POETIC DESIGN OF VICTORIA MAGNIANT
Victoria Magniant’s work is rooted in noble materials and rare craftsmanship, which she reinterprets with a distinctly contemporary sensitivity. A limited-edition furniture designer trained at Central Saint Martins in London, she develops her practice in Paris in close collaboration with master artisans. Her pieces lie at the intersection of design, sculpture, and the decorative arts.
Designed to be customizable, her creations adapt to the projects of collectors, architects, and interior designers seeking unique and refined works. Her approach is defined by a poetic aesthetic and a meticulous attention to the intrinsic beauty of materials. Inspired by the works of artists and architects such as Brancusi, Noguchi, and Junya Ishigami, she cultivates a subtle dialogue between cultures and eras. Introspective, functional, and sculptural, her work is expressed through a singular and timeless visual language.
Named one of AD Magazine’s Designers of the Year in 2021, Victoria now collaborates with Invisible Collection, and one of her pieces entered the collections of the Mobilier National in 2024. She embodies a new generation of French designers who are sensitive, committed, and deeply rooted in artisanal excellence.
